Vitals Academy — Privacy policy

Vitals Academy is a medical education app. We collect only what is needed to create your account, deliver the courses you are enrolled in, keep one authorized device, support you, and protect the service. We do not sell personal data.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, password, and optional profile photo.
• Education details you provide, such as university, college, and stage.
• Enrollment, payment evidence, and learning progress.
• The authorized device key and security events needed to enforce one-device access.
• Support messages and legal consent records.

How we use it

We use this data to sign you in, show your courses, authorize short-lived video playback, download lecture PDFs you are entitled to, and detect account sharing or revoked access. Video files are delivered by Bunny Stream after the server confirms your enrollment. Email codes are sent through our email provider.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run the service: Supabase for accounts and the database, Bunny Stream for video, and the email provider for verification and recovery. We do not give student data to advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Open Profile, then Delete account, confirm your password, and send a request. An administrator completes it within 24 hours. You can keep using the app while the request is pending. When it is processed, access ends and your profile, photo, education details, and learning progress are removed. Limited payment, security, and legal-consent records are retained. Deletion does not issue a refund.

فيتالز أكاديمي تطبيق تعليم طبي. نجمع فقط ما يلزم لإنشاء الحساب، وتسليم الكورسات المشترك بها، وحصر الوصول بجهاز واحد مصرّح، والدعم، وحماية الخدمة. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد، كلمة المرور، وصورة الملف الاختيارية.
• بيانات الدراسة التي تدخلها، مثل الجامعة والكلية والمرحلة.
• الاشتراك، إثبات الدفع، وتقدّم الدراسة.
• مفتاح الجهاز المصرّح وأحداث الأمان اللازمة لتطبيق حد الجهاز الواحد.
• رسائل الدعم وسجلات الموافقة القانونية.

كيف نستخدمها

نستخدمها لتسجيل الدخول، وعرض الكورسات، وإصدار تشغيل فيديو قصير العمر، وتنزيل ملفات PDF المسموح بها، واكتشاف مشاركة الحساب أو إلغاء الوصول. ملفات الفيديو تُسلَّم عبر Bunny Stream بعد تأكيد الاشتراك من الخادم. رموز البريد تُرسل عبر مزود الإيميل.

المشاركة

نشارك البيانات فقط مع الجهات التي تشغّل الخدمة: Supabase للحسابات وقاعدة البيانات، وBunny Stream للفيديو، ومزود الإيميل للتحقق واستعادة الحساب. لا نبيع بيانات الطلاب للمعلنين.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

من الملف الشخصي اختر حذف الحساب، أكّد كلمة المرور، ثم أرسل الطلب. يكمله المسؤول خلال 24 ساعة. يمكنك استخدام التطبيق أثناء الانتظار. عند المعالجة ينتهي الوصول وتُحذف بيانات الملف والصورة والدراسة والتقدّم. نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة للمدفوعات والأمان والموافقات القانونية. الحذف لا يصدر استرداداً للمبلغ.
